摩擦擺隔(ge)震(zhen)支(zhi)座是將傳統的平(ping)面滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)裝置(zhi)的摩擦滑(hua)(hua)移面由平(ping)面改為球面,從而可依靠自身(shen)重(zhong)力自動回復。該支(zhi)座主(zhu)要由上、下支(zhi)座板和(he)一(yi)個鉸接滑(hua)(hua)塊組成。 

摩擦滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)是開發(fa)應(ying)用(yong)較(jiao)早的(de)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)振技術之一(yi),所用(yong)的(de)摩擦材(cai)料多為沙石、石墨等廉價材(cai)料,標記經濟且(qie)簡單(dan)易(yi)行。摩擦滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統通常有隔(ge)(ge)(ge)離地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)作用(yong)的(de)摩擦滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構和限位(wei)復位(wei)的(de)阻(zu)尼向心(xin)機(ji)構組(zu)成,多為平面(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統。該(gai)系(xi)統不(bu)能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復位(wei),一(yi)般需(xu)(xu)要另外加(jia)(jia)設(she)復位(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),且(qie)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)性能(neng)離散性大、不(bu)易(yi)控制,滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)量過(guo)大可(ke)能(neng)導致穿越隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)層的(de)非(fei)結構構件破壞(huai),甚至可(ke)能(neng)發(fa)生滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)失穩(wen)(wen),這極大地(di)阻(zu)礙了滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)的(de)發(fa)展。為了解決平面(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)系(xi)統不(bu)能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復位(wei)問題,Zayas等于1985年在(zai)(zai)美國加(jia)(jia)州大學伯克利分校研(yan)發(fa)了摩擦擺(bai)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),稱(cheng)之為摩擦擺(bai)系(xi)統/支座(Friction Pendilum System/Bearing,簡稱(cheng)FPS/FPB)。該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)不(bu)僅具有平面(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)對地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)激勵頻率范圍的(de)低敏感性和高穩(wen)(wen)定性,特有的(de)圓弧(hu)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)還使其具有復位(wei)功能(neng),無需(xu)(xu)附(fu)設(she)阻(zu)尼向心(xin)機(ji)構,故而(er)在(zai)(zai)實際應(ying)用(yong)中更為簡便,且(qie)增加(jia)(jia)了隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)可(ke)靠度。

摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)擺(bai)隔震(zhen)支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)是將傳統的平(ping)面(mian)(mian)滑(hua)移隔震(zhen)裝置(zhi)的摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)滑(hua)移面(mian)(mian)由平(ping)面(mian)(mian)改為球面(mian)(mian),從而可(ke)(ke)依(yi)靠(kao)自(zi)身(shen)重(zhong)力(li)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)回復。該支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)主要由上(shang)、下支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)板和一個(ge)鉸接滑(hua)塊組成。摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)擺(bai)隔震(zhen)支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)嵌(qian)在滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容腔(qiang)中的鉸接滑(hua)塊與滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)具有相同的曲率半徑(jing),可(ke)(ke)與滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)完全(quan)貼合,并使上(shang)支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)在支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時始終保持水平(ping)。滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)上(shang)涂有低摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)材料,如聚(ju)四氟乙烯(特氟龍)等,可(ke)(ke)在滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)過程中耗散能量。當(dang)滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)界面(mian)(mian)受(shou)到(dao)的地(di)震(zhen)作用(yong)超過靜(jing)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)(ca)力(li)時,地(di)面(mian)(mian)水平(ping)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)會促(cu)使滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在其圓弧面(mian)(mian)內滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而迫(po)使上(shang)部(bu)結構輕(qing)微抬(tai)高,發(fa)生單擺(bai)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。然后,支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)會在自(zi)身(shen)受(shou)到(dao)的豎向荷載作用(yong)下自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)回復。

摩擦(ca)(ca)擺隔震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)水平(ping)力(li)為滑動(dong)面摩擦(ca)(ca)力(li)和上部(bu)結構沿滑道上升產生的(de)恢復力(li)的(de)合力(li),而提供的(de)恢復力(li)使支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)能依靠(kao)其(qi)承受(shou)的(de)重(zhong)力(li)自動(dong)往中心位(wei)置(zhi)回復,使地震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)響應得到控制,并且該支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)剛度中心有自動(dong)與隔震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)結構的(de)質心重(zhong)合的(de)趨勢,因而能在更大 程度上消(xiao)除結構的(de)扭轉(zhuan)運動(dong)。摩擦(ca)(ca)擺隔震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)周(zhou)期、豎向(xiang)承載力(li)、阻尼比、側重(zhong)位(wei)移和抗拉(la)力(li)等指標可以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)單獨控制,該特性十(shi)分便(bian)于設計人員(yuan)對隔震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統進(jin)行(xing)優化設計。
