摩擦(ca)(ca)擺隔震支座是將傳統的(de)平面滑移隔震裝置的(de)摩擦(ca)(ca)滑移面由平面改為球(qiu)面,從而可依(yi)靠自身重(zhong)力自動回復。該(gai)支座主要由上、下支座板和一個鉸接滑塊(kuai)組成。 

摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)是(shi)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)應用較早的(de)(de)隔(ge)振技術之一,所(suo)用的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)材料多(duo)為(wei)(wei)沙石(shi)、石(shi)墨(mo)等廉(lian)價材料,標記經濟且簡(jian)(jian)單易行。摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)系統(tong)通(tong)常有(you)隔(ge)離地震(zhen)(zhen)作用的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)機構(gou)和限位(wei)復位(wei)的(de)(de)阻尼向(xiang)心機構(gou)組成,多(duo)為(wei)(wei)平面滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)系統(tong)。該系統(tong)不能(neng)(neng)(neng)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)復位(wei),一般需要另外加設復位(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),且滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)離散性(xing)大(da)、不易控制,滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移量過大(da)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)導致穿越隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)層的(de)(de)非(fei)結構(gou)構(gou)件破(po)壞,甚至可(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)生滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移失穩(wen),這極大(da)地阻礙了(le)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展。為(wei)(wei)了(le)解決(jue)平面滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移系統(tong)不能(neng)(neng)(neng)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)復位(wei)問題,Zayas等于1985年在美國加州大(da)學(xue)伯克利分校研發(fa)(fa)了(le)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)擺(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),稱之為(wei)(wei)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)擺(bai)系統(tong)/支座(Friction Pendilum System/Bearing,簡(jian)(jian)稱FPS/FPB)。該裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)不僅具(ju)(ju)有(you)平面滑(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)對地震(zhen)(zhen)激(ji)勵頻率范圍的(de)(de)低敏(min)感性(xing)和高穩(wen)定性(xing),特有(you)的(de)(de)圓弧滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面還使其(qi)具(ju)(ju)有(you)復位(wei)功能(neng)(neng)(neng),無需附設阻尼向(xiang)心機構(gou),故(gu)而(er)在實際應用中更為(wei)(wei)簡(jian)(jian)便(bian),且增加了(le)隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)度。

摩(mo)(mo)擦擺(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)支(zhi)座(zuo)是將傳統(tong)的平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)裝置的摩(mo)(mo)擦滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移面(mian)(mian)(mian)由(you)平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)(mian)改(gai)為(wei)球(qiu)面(mian)(mian)(mian),從(cong)而可依靠(kao)自身重(zhong)力自動(dong)回復。該(gai)支(zhi)座(zuo)主(zhu)要由(you)上(shang)(shang)、下支(zhi)座(zuo)板和一個鉸(jiao)接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊組成(cheng)。摩(mo)(mo)擦擺(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)支(zhi)座(zuo)嵌在滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)容腔中(zhong)的鉸(jiao)接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊與滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)具有(you)相(xiang)同的曲率半徑,可與滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)完全貼合,并使上(shang)(shang)支(zhi)座(zuo)在支(zhi)座(zuo)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)時始(shi)終保(bao)持水平(ping)(ping)。滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)上(shang)(shang)涂有(you)低摩(mo)(mo)擦材料,如(ru)聚四氟乙(yi)烯(特氟龍)等,可在滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)過(guo)程中(zhong)耗散能量。當滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)界(jie)面(mian)(mian)(mian)受到的地震(zhen)作用超(chao)過(guo)靜(jing)摩(mo)(mo)擦力時,地面(mian)(mian)(mian)水平(ping)(ping)運動(dong)會促使滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)在其圓弧面(mian)(mian)(mian)內滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong),從(cong)而迫使上(shang)(shang)部結構輕微抬高,發生單(dan)擺(bai)運動(dong)。然后,支(zhi)座(zuo)會在自身受到的豎(shu)向荷載作用下自動(dong)回復。

摩擦(ca)擺(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)支(zhi)座的(de)(de)水平力(li)為滑動(dong)面(mian)摩擦(ca)力(li)和上部結構沿滑道上升產生的(de)(de)恢(hui)(hui)復(fu)力(li)的(de)(de)合(he)力(li),而提供的(de)(de)恢(hui)(hui)復(fu)力(li)使(shi)(shi)支(zhi)座能依靠其承(cheng)受(shou)的(de)(de)重力(li)自動(dong)往中心(xin)(xin)位置回復(fu),使(shi)(shi)地震(zhen)(zhen)響應得到控(kong)(kong)制,并且該支(zhi)座的(de)(de)剛度中心(xin)(xin)有自動(dong)與隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)結構的(de)(de)質心(xin)(xin)重合(he)的(de)(de)趨勢,因而能在更大 程度上消除(chu)結構的(de)(de)扭轉運(yun)動(dong)。摩擦(ca)擺(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)支(zhi)座的(de)(de)周期、豎(shu)向(xiang)承(cheng)載力(li)、阻尼比、側重位移和抗拉力(li)等指(zhi)標(biao)可以(yi)進(jin)行單(dan)獨(du)控(kong)(kong)制,該特性十分便于設(she)計(ji)人(ren)員對隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統進(jin)行優化設(she)計(ji)。
