摩擦(ca)(ca)擺隔震支座是將傳統的平面滑移隔震裝置的摩擦(ca)(ca)滑移面由平面改為球面,從而可依靠自身重(zhong)力自動(dong)回復。該支座主(zhu)要由上、下(xia)支座板和一個鉸(jiao)接滑塊組成。 

摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)滑移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)是開發(fa)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)較早的(de)隔(ge)(ge)振技術之一,所(suo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)材料多為(wei)沙石、石墨等廉價材料,標記經(jing)濟(ji)且簡(jian)單易行(xing)。摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)滑移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通常有隔(ge)(ge)離地(di)震(zhen)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)滑動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構和限位(wei)(wei)(wei)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)阻(zu)尼向心機(ji)構組(zu)成,多為(wei)平面滑移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei),一般需(xu)要另外加設復(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)置,且滑動(dong)(dong)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)離散性(xing)大(da)、不(bu)(bu)(bu)易控制,滑移(yi)量過大(da)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)導致穿越隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)層(ceng)的(de)非結構構件破(po)壞,甚至(zhi)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)生滑移(yi)失穩,這極大(da)地(di)阻(zu)礙了(le)(le)滑移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)的(de)發(fa)展。為(wei)了(le)(le)解決平面滑移(yi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)問題,Zayas等于1985年(nian)在美國加州大(da)學伯克(ke)利分校(xiao)研發(fa)了(le)(le)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)擺隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)裝(zhuang)置,稱之為(wei)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)擺系(xi)統(tong)(tong)/支座(Friction Pendilum System/Bearing,簡(jian)稱FPS/FPB)。該裝(zhuang)置不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅具有平面滑移(yi)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)裝(zhuang)置的(de)對地(di)震(zhen)激勵頻率范(fan)圍(wei)的(de)低敏感性(xing)和高穩定性(xing),特有的(de)圓弧滑動(dong)(dong)面還使其具有復(fu)(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)功能(neng)(neng),無需(xu)附設阻(zu)尼向心機(ji)構,故而在實(shi)際應用(yong)(yong)(yong)中更為(wei)簡(jian)便,且增(zeng)加了(le)(le)隔(ge)(ge)震(zhen)裝(zhuang)置的(de)可(ke)靠度。

摩(mo)擦(ca)擺隔震支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座是將傳統的(de)(de)平面(mian)(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)隔震裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移(yi)面(mian)(mian)(mian)由平面(mian)(mian)(mian)改為球面(mian)(mian)(mian),從(cong)而(er)可依靠自身重(zhong)力(li)自動(dong)(dong)回復。該支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座主要由上、下支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座板(ban)和一個鉸接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊組成。摩(mo)擦(ca)擺隔震支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座嵌(qian)在(zai)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)容腔(qiang)中的(de)(de)鉸接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊與滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)具有相同的(de)(de)曲率半徑,可與滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)完全(quan)貼合,并(bing)使上支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座在(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)時始終保持(chi)水(shui)平。滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)(mian)上涂有低摩(mo)擦(ca)材料(liao),如(ru)聚四氟乙(yi)烯(特(te)氟龍(long))等(deng),可在(zai)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)過程中耗(hao)散能量。當滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)受到的(de)(de)地震作用超過靜摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)時,地面(mian)(mian)(mian)水(shui)平運(yun)動(dong)(dong)會(hui)促使滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)在(zai)其圓弧面(mian)(mian)(mian)內滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong),從(cong)而(er)迫使上部結構輕微抬高,發生單擺運(yun)動(dong)(dong)。然后,支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座會(hui)在(zai)自身受到的(de)(de)豎向荷(he)載作用下自動(dong)(dong)回復。

摩(mo)擦(ca)擺隔(ge)震支座(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)水平力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)滑(hua)動(dong)面摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)(li)(li)和上(shang)(shang)部結(jie)構(gou)沿(yan)滑(hua)道上(shang)(shang)升產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)恢復力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)合(he)力(li)(li)(li),而提供的(de)(de)(de)恢復力(li)(li)(li)使支座(zuo)能(neng)依靠其承受的(de)(de)(de)重力(li)(li)(li)自動(dong)往中心(xin)位置回復,使地震響應得到控制,并且該支座(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)剛度中心(xin)有自動(dong)與(yu)隔(ge)震結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)質心(xin)重合(he)的(de)(de)(de)趨(qu)勢,因而能(neng)在更大 程度上(shang)(shang)消除(chu)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)扭轉運(yun)動(dong)。摩(mo)擦(ca)擺隔(ge)震支座(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)周期、豎向承載(zai)力(li)(li)(li)、阻尼比、側重位移和抗拉力(li)(li)(li)等指標可以進行單獨(du)控制,該特性十(shi)分(fen)便(bian)于設計(ji)人員(yuan)對隔(ge)震系統進行優化設計(ji)。
