摩擦(ca)擺隔震支座(zuo)是(shi)將傳統的平(ping)面(mian)滑(hua)移(yi)隔震裝(zhuang)置的摩擦(ca)滑(hua)移(yi)面(mian)由平(ping)面(mian)改(gai)為球面(mian),從(cong)而可依靠(kao)自(zi)身重力自(zi)動回(hui)復。該支座(zuo)主(zhu)要由上、下支座(zuo)板和一個鉸接(jie)滑(hua)塊組成(cheng)。 

摩(mo)擦滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)是開發應用(yong)較(jiao)早的隔(ge)(ge)(ge)振技術之一,所用(yong)的摩(mo)擦材料(liao)多(duo)為(wei)沙石、石墨等廉價材料(liao),標記經濟且(qie)簡單易(yi)行(xing)。摩(mo)擦滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)通常有隔(ge)(ge)(ge)離地震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)作用(yong)的摩(mo)擦滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)機(ji)構和(he)限位(wei)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)的阻(zu)(zu)尼(ni)向(xiang)(xiang)心(xin)機(ji)構組(zu)成(cheng),多(duo)為(wei)平面滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)。該系統(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)自動(dong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei),一般需(xu)要另外加設復(fu)(fu)位(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),且(qie)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)性能(neng)離散性大(da)(da)、不(bu)(bu)易(yi)控制,滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)量過大(da)(da)可(ke)能(neng)導致穿(chuan)越隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)層的非(fei)結構構件破壞(huai),甚至可(ke)能(neng)發生(sheng)滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)失穩,這極大(da)(da)地阻(zu)(zu)礙了滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)的發展。為(wei)了解決(jue)平面滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)自動(dong)復(fu)(fu)位(wei)問題,Zayas等于1985年在美(mei)國加州大(da)(da)學伯(bo)克利分校研發了摩(mo)擦擺隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),稱之為(wei)摩(mo)擦擺系統(tong)(tong)(tong)/支座(Friction Pendilum System/Bearing,簡稱FPS/FPB)。該裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)僅具(ju)有平面滑(hua)(hua)移(yi)(yi)隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的對(dui)地震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)激(ji)勵(li)頻率范圍的低敏感(gan)性和(he)高穩定性,特有的圓弧(hu)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)面還使其具(ju)有復(fu)(fu)位(wei)功能(neng),無需(xu)附設阻(zu)(zu)尼(ni)向(xiang)(xiang)心(xin)機(ji)構,故(gu)而在實(shi)際應用(yong)中更為(wei)簡便,且(qie)增加了隔(ge)(ge)(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的可(ke)靠(kao)度(du)。

摩(mo)擦(ca)擺(bai)(bai)隔震支(zhi)座是將傳統的(de)平面(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)移隔震裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)滑(hua)(hua)移面(mian)(mian)由平面(mian)(mian)改(gai)為球面(mian)(mian),從(cong)(cong)而可依靠(kao)自(zi)身重(zhong)力自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)回(hui)復。該支(zhi)座主要由上(shang)、下支(zhi)座板和一(yi)個鉸接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)塊組成(cheng)。摩(mo)擦(ca)擺(bai)(bai)隔震支(zhi)座嵌在(zai)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容(rong)腔中的(de)鉸接(jie)滑(hua)(hua)塊與(yu)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)具有相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)曲(qu)率(lv)半徑,可與(yu)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)完全貼合(he),并使(shi)上(shang)支(zhi)座在(zai)支(zhi)座滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時始終保持(chi)水平。滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)面(mian)(mian)上(shang)涂有低摩(mo)擦(ca)材料(liao),如聚(ju)四(si)氟(fu)乙(yi)烯(特氟(fu)龍)等,可在(zai)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中耗散(san)能量(liang)。當滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)界面(mian)(mian)受(shou)到的(de)地震作用超(chao)過(guo)靜摩(mo)擦(ca)力時,地面(mian)(mian)水平運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)會(hui)促使(shi)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在(zai)其圓弧面(mian)(mian)內滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)(cong)而迫使(shi)上(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構輕微(wei)抬高,發生單擺(bai)(bai)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。然后,支(zhi)座會(hui)在(zai)自(zi)身受(shou)到的(de)豎向荷載作用下自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)回(hui)復。

摩(mo)擦擺隔(ge)震(zhen)支座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)水平力(li)(li)為滑動面摩(mo)擦力(li)(li)和上(shang)部結(jie)構沿滑道上(shang)升產生的(de)恢復(fu)力(li)(li)的(de)合力(li)(li),而提供的(de)恢復(fu)力(li)(li)使支座(zuo)(zuo)能依靠其承(cheng)受(shou)的(de)重力(li)(li)自動往中心(xin)位置回復(fu),使地震(zhen)響應得到控制(zhi),并且該支座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)剛度中心(xin)有自動與隔(ge)震(zhen)結(jie)構的(de)質心(xin)重合的(de)趨勢,因而能在更大 程度上(shang)消除(chu)結(jie)構的(de)扭(niu)轉運動。摩(mo)擦擺隔(ge)震(zhen)支座(zuo)(zuo)的(de)周(zhou)期、豎向承(cheng)載力(li)(li)、阻尼比、側重位移和抗拉力(li)(li)等(deng)指標可(ke)以進行單獨控制(zhi),該特性十分便于設(she)計人員對隔(ge)震(zhen)系統進行優化設(she)計。
