摩擦擺(bai)隔震支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)將傳統的平面滑(hua)移(yi)隔震裝置的摩擦滑(hua)移(yi)面由(you)平面改(gai)為(wei)球(qiu)面,從而(er)可(ke)依(yi)靠(kao)自身重力自動(dong)回復。該(gai)支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)主要由(you)上、下支(zhi)(zhi)座(zuo)(zuo)板和一個鉸接滑(hua)塊組成(cheng)。 

摩擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)是(shi)開發(fa)應用(yong)(yong)較早(zao)的(de)(de)隔(ge)振(zhen)技術之一,所用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)摩擦(ca)(ca)材(cai)料多(duo)為(wei)沙石、石墨等廉(lian)價(jia)材(cai)料,標記經(jing)濟且(qie)簡單(dan)易行(xing)。摩擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通(tong)常有(you)(you)(you)隔(ge)離地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)作用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)摩擦(ca)(ca)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構和限(xian)位復位的(de)(de)阻尼(ni)向(xiang)心機(ji)(ji)構組成,多(duo)為(wei)平(ping)面滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復位,一般需要另外加設(she)復位裝(zhuang)置,且(qie)滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)離散性(xing)大(da)、不易控制,滑(hua)(hua)移量過大(da)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)導(dao)致穿越隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)層的(de)(de)非結構構件破壞,甚至可(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)生(sheng)滑(hua)(hua)移失穩(wen),這(zhe)極(ji)大(da)地(di)阻礙了(le)(le)滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)發(fa)展。為(wei)了(le)(le)解決平(ping)面滑(hua)(hua)移系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)自動(dong)(dong)復位問(wen)題,Zayas等于1985年在(zai)美國加州(zhou)大(da)學伯(bo)克利分校研發(fa)了(le)(le)摩擦(ca)(ca)擺隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置,稱之為(wei)摩擦(ca)(ca)擺系(xi)統(tong)(tong)/支座(Friction Pendilum System/Bearing,簡稱FPS/FPB)。該裝(zhuang)置不僅具(ju)有(you)(you)(you)平(ping)面滑(hua)(hua)移隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)對地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)激勵(li)頻率范圍的(de)(de)低敏(min)感性(xing)和高穩(wen)定性(xing),特有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)圓弧滑(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)面還使其具(ju)有(you)(you)(you)復位功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),無需附設(she)阻尼(ni)向(xiang)心機(ji)(ji)構,故(gu)而在(zai)實際(ji)應用(yong)(yong)中更(geng)為(wei)簡便,且(qie)增加了(le)(le)隔(ge)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)可(ke)靠度。

摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)擺隔震(zhen)支座(zuo)(zuo)是將傳(chuan)統的平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移隔震(zhen)裝置的摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)移面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)由平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)改為球面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),從而可(ke)依靠自(zi)(zi)身重(zhong)力(li)自(zi)(zi)動回復。該支座(zuo)(zuo)主要由上、下支座(zuo)(zuo)板和一個鉸接滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊(kuai)組成。摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)擺隔震(zhen)支座(zuo)(zuo)嵌(qian)在滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動容(rong)腔中的鉸接滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)塊(kuai)與(yu)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)具有(you)相同的曲率半徑,可(ke)與(yu)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)完全(quan)貼合,并使上支座(zuo)(zuo)在支座(zuo)(zuo)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動時始終(zhong)保持水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)上涂有(you)低摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)材(cai)料,如聚四氟乙(yi)烯(特氟龍)等,可(ke)在滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動過程中耗散能量。當滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)受(shou)到的地震(zhen)作用超過靜摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)力(li)時,地面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)運動會促(cu)使滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動在其(qi)圓弧面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)內滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)動,從而迫使上部結(jie)構輕微抬高,發生單(dan)擺運動。然(ran)后(hou),支座(zuo)(zuo)會在自(zi)(zi)身受(shou)到的豎向(xiang)荷(he)載作用下自(zi)(zi)動回復。

摩擦(ca)擺(bai)(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)支座的(de)(de)水平力(li)(li)為滑動面摩擦(ca)力(li)(li)和上(shang)部結(jie)(jie)構(gou)沿滑道上(shang)升產生的(de)(de)恢復力(li)(li)的(de)(de)合力(li)(li),而提供的(de)(de)恢復力(li)(li)使支座能(neng)依靠其(qi)承受的(de)(de)重(zhong)力(li)(li)自動往中心位置回復,使地震(zhen)響應得到控制,并且(qie)該支座的(de)(de)剛度中心有自動與隔(ge)震(zhen)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)質(zhi)心重(zhong)合的(de)(de)趨勢,因(yin)而能(neng)在更(geng)大 程度上(shang)消除結(jie)(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)扭轉運(yun)動。摩擦(ca)擺(bai)(bai)隔(ge)震(zhen)支座的(de)(de)周期、豎(shu)向承載力(li)(li)、阻尼(ni)比、側重(zhong)位移和抗拉力(li)(li)等(deng)指標可以進行(xing)單獨控制,該特性十分便于設(she)計人員(yuan)對隔(ge)震(zhen)系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)優化設(she)計。
